This dress has one of the most beautiful novelty prints I have ever seen. I have been kind of put off cherry prints by the myriad of terrible vintage inspired cherry prints. I have met very few if anyone of them I like. This one is the real deal though! This dress does not just have bright red cherries it also has beautiful white cherry blossoms, all printed on lovely cold rayon. The dress has beautiful lines which include wonderful blouson sleeves. This dress is very late 30s or even early 40s. I personally think 30s because of the longer length.

The shoes are “Boulevard” by Remix, I am usually a wimp when it comes to practically anything with a heel due to fibromyalgia, but these are very comfortable and highly recommended. I got them in a beautiful green shade as well which I also recommend as well and will wear in a later post.

When I got this dress ( which came all the way from the UK) I really didn’t have much to match with it. I knew a cherry dress NEEDED a cherry hat, what else would work with such a fabulous print? I was on Etsy just browsing when this hat just popped up and I had to get it.
